The ULN2003APG is a high voltage, high current darlington driver comprised of seven NPN darlington pairs. All units of the ULN2003APG feature integral clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. Applications of the ULN2003APG include relay, hammer, lamp and display (LED) drivers.
