Product Summary

The IR2110S is a High and Low Side Driver. It ia high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high and low side referenced output channel. The IR2110S features a high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimum driver cross-conduction. The propagation delay is matched to simplify use in high frequency application. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in the high side configuration which operates up to 500 or 600 volts.
