Product Summary

The IRFP2907 is an automative mosfet. Specifically designed for Automotive applications, utilizes the lastest processing techniques to achieve extremely low on-resistance per silicon area. Additional features of the IRFP2907 are a 175°C junction operating temperature, fast switching speed and improved repetitive avalanche rating. Applications of the IRFP2907 include: Integrated Starter Alternator and 42 Volts Automotive Electrical Systems.
